GPlate is an Android app that lets you search for the origin of German License plates. This is an app I've been developing on and off for about a year. The app is still in beta which is why I can't link the Google Play page.
I have since discontinued the project since I simply don't know enough about backend development to make updating the database possible and a quick and easy way.
